Who we support in Florida

We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the families and caregivers who help them. As a provider for Florida iBudget waiver participants, we offer Florida disability home care and community-based supports. If you’re a support coordinator, case manager or social worker, we make referrals simple — reach out and we’ll take it from there.

Supported Living Coaching

Our coaches work alongside each person to build the skills that make daily life more independent, from managing a household routine to getting involved in the community. Support is built around the individual’s own goals, at their pace.

Personal Supports

Personal supports help individuals with daily routines at home with patience, privacy and respect. These Medicaid personal support services in Florida are tailored to each person’s plan and preferences.

Transportation

Reliable transportation helps individuals get to appointments, community activities and other places that matter to them, so getting around is never a barrier to being part of the community.

Waiver Support Coordination

As an enrolled support coordination provider, we help individuals and families plan for the supports they need, connect with services under their Florida Medicaid waiver, and keep that plan on track.
