Frequently asked questions
Don’t see your question? Call (216) 858-6199 — a real person answers.
Does Medicaid pay for your in-home care services?
Often, yes. Many of our clients receive care through Medicaid or an Ohio Department of Aging waiver. As a licensed Medicaid provider, we can help you check whether you qualify — just reach out.
What areas do you serve?
We serve seniors throughout Greater Cleveland, including Shaker Heights and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, give us a call.
How is this different from a nursing home or medical home health?
We provide non-medical, in-home support — help with daily living, not medical treatment. Your loved one stays in their own home while getting a hand with the everyday things that keep life comfortable.
What can a caregiver help with?
Our caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and companionship. We tailor every plan to your loved one’s needs.
How do I know if my parent qualifies for Medicaid-covered care?
Eligibility depends on your loved one’s situation and program. We’ll walk you through it and help you understand the next steps — at no cost.
How quickly can care start?
It depends on your needs and coverage, but we move as fast as we can. Reach out and we’ll give you a clear timeline for your situation.
Are your caregivers screened and trained?
Yes. Every caregiver is background-checked and trained before they ever enter your home, and we hold each of them to a professional standard of care.
Can a social worker or case manager refer a client?
Absolutely. We work closely with social workers and case managers and make referrals easy. Contact us and we’ll handle the details.
What are your hours?
We’re available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment.
What if we’re not on Medicaid?
We’re happy to talk through private-pay options too. Reach out for a free quote and we’ll find a plan that fits.
Ready to find the right care?
Tell us about your loved one’s needs and we’ll follow up — usually the same business day.
